Newbie question! Please help me read this pattern!

Ok, so im having a little difficulty reading this pattern.

It says;

CO 2 st
row 1: kfb, k to last st, kfb
row 2: p 1 row
rep these 2 rows 6 times total (14 st)

What im confused with is the bold part. Do I repeat row 1 & 2 six times each or just three times? does the 14 st mean I should have 14 st after I repeat?

Then im a little confused at the next part (bold again). It reads;

row 3: k2 tog, k5 and turn, leaving remaining 7 st on the needle

Why does it say row 3 when clearly after repeating rows 1 and 2 it won't be row three. Is it there just for organizing purposes?
and then my last question that I had bold "and turn". What does that mean? Do I just turn my piece around?

Repeat row 1 and 2 six times and at the end of doing that you should have 14 stitches.

Yes, it's for organizing purposes, a label, if you will. I *think* the pattern is going to be a repetitive kind of pattern. So further along in the pattern it may say something like "repeat rows 1 and 2" or "repeat row 3".

Yes, just turn your piece around. You should have 7 stitches left on you needle.

that last row is a short row, so just turning that row before u knit it all the way across shapes your piece.
