Hi, I was wondering if you know of any cleanses that are safe to use while breastfeeding? Maybe that patch that you put on your foot?

the patch you put on your foot, called kinoki pads, don't work.

20/20 did a show on them called "too good to be true". They don't 'cleanse' anything according to 20/20.

I wouldn't consider any "cleanse" safe, because you just don't know what is in them. As a person with intestinal issues, I wouldn't take the pills/potions because most of them just irritate the lining of your GI tract and give you diareahha.
Now, if you can find a natural practitioner that will give you simple combos of freshly ground herbs, etc. I see no harm. They will also be knowledgable about what you can and cannot take bfing.... (but if you live in an area like mine, the closest you'll get is Mrs. Teresa the palm-reading psychic )
