how to use Kidney beans up beside Chili??

I have a few extra cans of kidney beans, how can I use them up beside Chili.

Red beans and rice?

Three bean salad, with green beans and wax beans?

I like to add them to taco salad, plus my DD loves to eat them plain. I also have used them in a chopped salsa with corn, tomatoes, onions, there are lots of other ways to use them I just can't think of much right now. I love them in taco salad though.

A vegetarian shepherds pie! Onion, a few veges (carrots, brocolli etc), beans, and the gravy (vege or beef stock, ketchup, soy sauce, flour). Put into casserole dish and top with mashed potato and bake. yum!

They're good for adding red to a salad... then you don't need tomatoes!

My favorite way to have Kidney Beans:

Salad, Kidney Bean & Egg

1/3 c. Canola mayonnaise ¼ tsp. sugar
½ tsp. sea salt 1/8 tsp. pepper
½ tsp. prepared mustard 1 c. frozen peas, thawed
½ c. shredded Mex. Cheese 1/3 c. celery, finely chopped
¼ c. sweet relish 2 Tbs. onion, finely chopped
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped 1 can kidney beans, drained

Mix together. Cover and refrigerate one hour or until chilled.
