I have always washed everything in cold including diapers.

I'd wash everything in cold if I could get away with it... well, maybe some occasional things in warm. I think our clothes don't wear out as quickly that way, plus they still get clean.

I wash everything in cold except for diapers (they get a cold wash to get stains out and then a hot wash).

Growing up, my mom used to wash absolutely everything in cold.

Now, I was everything but diapers in cold water.

Hot kills the dust mites so our sheets and blankets get hot. When I was diapering those got hot too. Everything else gets cold. Now I am thoroughly confused about bac out though. I love it though.

I wash in warm/cold for most things, cold/cold for delicate items, blacks, and work clothes, and hot for all sheets, blankets, towels, washable area rugs.
