Family Cloth Hand Wipes?

So I have recently started using all the grey water (laundry, dish, shower) at our house to water my veggies, fruit, flowers and bushes and trees. Lugging the water all over and actually seeing how much water is wasted has given me a new appreciation for it.

It takes 1-2 min for hot water to reach my bathroom so I wash my hands in cold all the time because it is so wasteful to have all that water running directly down the drain.

Finally my question

Is it sanitary to use cloth wet wipes for your hands? Does anyone do this? Do you use different ones than your cloth tp? They would have to be soaked in a solution, right? (I just use dry tp cloth and wet as needed.)

TIA,

Hmmmmm I'll be watching this thread b/c I'm curious. I think the whole crux of handwashing is warm water and soap regardless of ingredients? But I could be off here.

I did see that it's possible to retrofit? your faucets w/ their own thermostats to keep water at those faucets warmer to prevent wait time. That might be something t o consider for shower/bath and kitchen sink?
