100% natural rug pads -- where can I buy one???

We have a large wool oriental -- on very hard bamboo flooring. We'd like to add cushy pad under it. Not just a gripper (don't even have one of those at the moment). Anyhow, all the pads I find are a combo of latex and polyproylene. Isn't polyproylene BAD???

Anyone know where I can buy a nice, thick pad that is ALL natural?

How about some cork underlayment? We got some for under our cork floor, but I know it is used under carpet-- why not a rug? It's cheap, easy to cut to size, and fairly thin.
