Resources to find responsible companies to buy from?

I'm wondering if there's an online database of sorts that I can search prior to buying from a particular company. I'm thinking something along the lines of the Fair Trade idea, but not quite. Basically I want to find companies that don't:

-Participate in anti-union or union busting techniques, hire anit-union consultants, etc.
-Haven't shifted large amounts of jobs overseas
-Pay their workers a liveable wage (including retirement, health insurance, etc)
-Don't utilize sweatshops

I'm figuring that will pretty much eliminate everything, but I'm encouraged given that companies like Costco, Patagonia, and Timberland treat their employees very well. Is there anything like this out there?

We need to get dh some new shoes and I want to make sure I vote with my dollars along the lines that are most important to us.

Co-op America is an awesome organization that keeps a directory of socially/environmentally responsible companies called the "Green Pages."

http://www.coopamerica.org/

The website has info about what factors they consider, and what requirements a company has to meet in order to be listed.
