Sunday - tacos
Monday - chicken and dumplings, steamed broccoli
Tuesday - steak, rice pilaf, leftover broccoli, plus carrot sticks, banana slices, and cucumber slices
Wednesday - meatball soup (mini meatballs, chicken broth, carrots, mini pasta shells)
Thursday - I have no idea
Friday - I have no idea
Saturday - I have no idea
How do you think that far ahead? I take out the meat to thaw the night before, so I do think that far in advance, but if I think about tomorrow night, I draw a big blank. Do you just look in your freezer and see what you have? Do you plan it out before you go grocery shopping? How do you DO this?
