Has anybody bought second quality fleece from them before?
What kind of defects are we talking about?
I am using a lot of Windpro and the price of first quality is killing me but I don't want to risk having an inferior final product.
Like I don't care if the color is off or if there are small imperfections in the roll as long as the smaller pieces in between are good and everything is still water repellent.
Any thoughts?
