I made my belly cast!

Today, at 38w5d. It turned out really well. And cost me $10. Nice! Anyone else? I need to take a pic of it!

We did mine at about 36.5 weeks. I did it at 36 weeks last time so I wanted it for comparison around the same gestation. Mine cost more than $10, that's for sure. I only had 1 roll of good casting material left so I had to run and get some from the craft store for $5/ a roll.

My belly looks different but not dramatically so. I'm 15 lbs lighter this time so that makes a difference. Also my uterus is a lot lower this time. I need to get pics up.

We just did mine yesterday. It was my first time & a surprisingly sexy experience for dh & I.

I just bought a roll of plaster tape, lubed up with some petroleum jelly and stuck it on. Totally easy.

I got a kit (bought it online) and will be doing it at 38 weeks. I'd love to see some pics.

We thought so, too, when we did our 1st one (3rd pregnancy). With our 4th, we decided to do it in private.

This time, we skipped it. I have both of them, unfinished. Figured I don't need 3 collecting dust! Some day, we'll finish them off....
