I have been trying to order a sample from them, but it's not working. Is this company still in business? I don't know what's going on, but it will not let me complete an order!

Is anyone else having this difficulty? Is there a phone number I can use to order some, or do they sell it in any brick and mortar stores? I was really hoping to switch to something better!

Go to the Makeup section and click on Custom Kits. It's the third item down. I love their product.

They just migrated to a new website over the weekend, and it still has some bugs in it.

I've been really happy with my EM purchases in the past. Hope they get all their new website glitches worked out really fast... I need to place a new order, too!

Yes, they tried to switch to their new website, while they still have tons of bugs. They were hoping to have it fixed today, but I was sure it wouldn't be. I think they still have tons of work to do and should have waited to make the transfer.

If you do manage to get an order through, pay close attention to the shipping. It should be the same as the old site, but because of interface issues with the various carriers the shipping prices have been coming up anything from $1 to over $600.

Definitely hold off a bit if you can.

The good news is they have a new Super custom full size kit that gives you 12 full size products of your choice for only $50! I think it includes skin care and pressed powders too. That's an amazing deal.

And since they often have specials with 10% off, you may be able to get full size products for less than $4 each with the Super Custom kit.

Thanks for the info! I did email them, and she said that they had switched websites, and to try today. I'll try it this afternoon, I hope it works!
