My Water Broke!

Wow!! May Mommies are poppin' water bags like nobody's business!! We have had so many membrane ruptures!!

I don't post much in this forum...but I read everything and I wanted to let you guys know that my waters have broken and are now gushing and gushing....good thing I bought Depends Diapers! YAY!

I am a week over my due date and honestly thought I would carry this baby inside of me for the rest of my life...so, I am thrilled right now! WOOHOO!

Thanks girls...I'm really enjoying this. I'm finally getting to use my Hypnobirthing skills to manage this and I really feel full of power and creative energy right now...it's great. I just feel...so big (not in a literal sense), I feel great! I feel connected to myself and alert...what a strange place my head is in.

Things are still very easy for me, the rushes are coming at a steady 15 minutes apart, so I have lots of time to move around and stay comfy in between them...I'm just so looking forward to holding my baby girl in my arms...WOOOHOOOO!!! The discomfort is crazy...but waaaay overshadowed, almost somewhat numbed, by the psychological knowledge that they are effectively bringing me closer to the moment of meeting my baby. My Hypnobirthing skills are really helping too, I just feel awesome. My DH is so great...I'm so excited for what the night brings...I going to try and get some rest now. I hope to have my baby girl in my arms before the sun comes up...but after is fine too!! Woohoo!!
