Mucus Plug?

Is it possible to be 3-4 cm dilated and still have your plug? I checked myself in the shower tonight, I can FEEL his head through the cervix but I haven't seen any plug and I've been looking. Did I just miss it in the middle of the night?

Sometimes it comes out in bits and pieces - you may have just wiped it away during a bathroom break :-D

i have been noticing a lot of mucus during pee breaks... just here and there... sometimes just a little ...sometimes more...

isn't the mucus plug supposed to have blood in it? I just thought this was was normal vaginal mucus discharge, but maybe it's my plug coming down slowly? I'm 41 weeks....

I never had a big glob of mucus with my first two, I think like you it was just bits and pieces here and there.

All of the above are accurate and you could still even have it. I didn't lose mine until half way through my labor with my last one.
