25% Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with 75% distilled water. Cheap, effective, will shrink pores. I would also consider an aspirin mask on your t-zone maybe once or twice a week.
I'm new to this, but this method is helping me. Also the "wash your face with honey" thread in this forum is AWESOME. I'll give you my current routine, maybe some veterans to natural skin care will pipe in for more advice.

Wash with honey (about 1/2 tsp, seriously, not much) mixed with a sprinkle of baking soda. I apply this to my face, working in very gentle small circles. I even go pretty close to my eyes, without getting it in, of course. I find it helps the wrinkles.

Let that sit for maybe 4-5 minutes. Rinse with warm/cool water. Pat dry-gently.
Use the ACV toner mentioned above, using a cotton ball. Allow to air dry.
I use straight up tea tree oil on my t-zone. I've been a user of everything chemical to rid myself of the evils you mentioned, so my skin can take this. Test a spot to see if yours can. I allow that to air dry.
Last night I found some 100% Extra Virgin Coconut oil, I apply that around my eyes, and when my face is dry, on my cheeks, chin. Use sparingly. This stuff is so amazing, I covered my entire body in it, and I gotta say, even my feet look great! My 4y/o dd is now covered in it and she looks fabulous too.

Then I use physician formula organic mineral makeup. I use witch hazel to remove my eye makeup. All I use to remove my mineral makeup is honey.
I'm going through the "clearing up" stage, so I use b. soda every time in the honey. I may not do that forever, once i'm clear. It'll be a week tomorrow, and the results are no less than amazing.
hth.
