My first cavity - help me understand filling options

And do I definitely need to get it filled? How would I know? It's an "erosion" at the gumline of one of my molars.

you do not need to definitely get it filled-I wouldn't

my dentist found a cavity and i am not getting it filled
I am healing it with nutrition

MI paste is good to heal dental erosion and remineralize decay-i recommend you get some-i just bought some of this-raw cheese is good also
