SLS - 98% natural???

I was browsing in Target the other day, checking out their new display of "organic" cosmetics. They carried Kiss my Face, and Avalon Organics (I think...) and then one was called Pure and Natural, and claimed to be 98% natural, but its second ingrediant was Sodium Laurel Sulfate. Does this make sense? Am I just confused about SLS being bad???

I feel you pain mama! I'm trying to go all natural and I'm going crazy!!! I've decided that I'm going to just try making all of my own beauty products so I can stop reading labels so obsessively.
