I am writing you today because I am deeply concerned about the lack of support and help in the International Abduction case of Andrew Richardson. He was abducted by his Mother Mariana to Mexico. His father Trevor Richardson was granted full legal placement and custody of Andrew by the State of Wisconsin. Mexico is not following the guidelines of the International Hague Convention. The Mexican officials are not accepting any custody arrangements or psychological evaluations done by the state of Wisconsin. Also, the Wisconsin and US Representatives are not helping Trevor in his case to regain custody of Andrew.
As a fellow mom & mdc member I am asking you to speak up and help Trevor in his custody case. Trevor has not seen his son in 10 months and Mariana was determined to be an unfit parent by the State of Wisconsin Courts. He has been fighting for his son with the Mexican government and our Country and State officials are not helping him. I need to you to speak up and bring attention to this matter. Please make sure that The Hague Convention is followed, Please help Trevor Richardson regain custody of his son Andrew (2 1/2).
