Good luck mama! It sounds like they are really cautious in Canada. My midwife doesn't even worry about completely ruptured membranes for ages, even like a week. She just has you watch your temperature. I hope things pick up for you and you get the birth you want!

Ooooh Sarah, I'm so excited for you!!! Sending you some contraction strengthening vibes and crossing all fingers and toes in the hopes that they don't force you into anything you're not comfortable with.
