I remember reading a long time ago about some ideas about this. We are putting an offer in for a house and I was wondering if there are good phases of moon(maybe new moon?) , good sun signs, ect. for a deal? I'm thinking if we get this place, we will be closing in Cancer which seems like a good long term home sign......
