Everyday Minerals foundation question

I've been eyeing what I want to get to try out from Everyday minerals but I had a question about their foundations. It lists 4 different formulas to pick from and I couldn't find a description of each on the site. THey are Semi-Matte, Matte, Intensive, and Original Glo. I'm pretty sure I understand the first 2 but what is Intensive and Original Glo? TIA!!

I use everyday minerals, but I guess its been a while since I ordered as I haven't used that new site. I saw a link to the "original site" at the top of the new site and I dug around and found these descriptions. I hope they help!

Semi-Matte Foundation formula, ideal for normal to combination skin types, gives you a creamy matte finish with a subtle shine while controlling oil.

Matte Foundation formula, for normal to oily skin types, gives you a essentially shineless yet silky smooth matte finish while it controls oil.

Intensive Foundation formula, for all skin types, provides an extra boost of lasting intensive coverage with a silky near-matte finish. This rejuvenating formula controls oil where needed, without drying your skin.

Original Glo formula is ideal for dry to normal skin types, providing you with a dewey glow and youthful appearance.

Thank you!! When I clicked on the old site button I got some weird security pop up from my computer so I decided not to proceed.

I've read that the "intensive" are a touch more orangey than the others? Anyone know?

I use the intensive and love them! I tried matte & semi-matte with samples, but I really liked the coverage of the intensive. I am pinkish and don't have a problem with it being orangey at all.

So is the Intensive coverage a bit more opaque then? Or how did it differ from the matte?

I am wondering that myself. I use light tan matte, but have a sample size 'intensive medium' I use as a spot concealer underneath

Intensive looks heavier to me. It reminds me of liquid foundation with regular powder on top. Not very natural looking, but I guess that depends on how heavy a hand you are using when you apply it. To me it makes me look like I'm wearing make-up as opposed to the semi-matte which looks like no make-up or the Oglo wich looks like younger glowing skin with no makeup. Matte, also looked too cakey for me and showed every one of my pores around my nose. It also made me feel very dry.

I'd say I look pretty natural! I apply it sparingly, though. I just wanted more coverage. I'm not a fan of the dewy look-I just end up looking oily!

I'm not a fan of the dewy look either. I just think it looks like you need to put some more powder on. lol I think the line between dewy and oily is just too blurred for me. lol

Oooh, I just got the sample pack- free samples for shipping- and got two of the intensive and one of the other ones- pretty excited to check them out! I've heard great things!

Intensive isn't necessarily oranger than the others but i have heard its darker, so if you find your shade in a matte formula it might not look the same in intensive. I also heard that semi matte has the least amount of coverage of them all, and also seems to wear off quickest.. i like matte the best but i have very oily skin...
