I'm not sure! I'm a May baby myself, but am a Gemini.

Guess we could rely on good ol' Mr. Google Search, but someone here HAS to know something!

Not in your DDC, but this is a great site!! http://mizian.com.ne.kr/englishwiz/l...c/contents.htm (And I have TWO Taureans in my house...... The biggest thing, for ME is the STUBBORNESS! Especially in my DS! When he doesn't wanna do something, it takes a while to change that little mind! He, for sure, has a little agenda all his own! LOL But above all, they are SO sweet, SO cuddly and love family! Taureans are FUN, IMHO! )

Oh "focused" is a good word! Perfect! When my kids are "into" something, they pretty much have one track minds! But it DID make things a bit difficult in school... It makes her competitive, I feel. If she is working on something and someone else can do it faster or better, she tends to get discouraged. We had to work on that all school year - we had to have the "everyone is different and has their own special talents, etc" talk MANY, MANY times! LOL And forget THEM forgetting anything! I swear my DD has the memory of an ELEPHANT! LOL She remembers things ll the time that I have completely forgotten! And my 2 yo DS (25 months) - we were driving the other day and DH drove past the 2 streets that you can turn down to get to our house and he starts yelling, "No, Dada! Want home!" I was surprised! I didn't know he "knwe" the streets that led home! Shows how much *I* know!

And I have a Taurus girl and a Taurus boy... FUN! One wants to play tea party or dolls, the other wants trucks! Ha ha We usually have t find a happy ground - like the dolls ride the trucks! LOL But, like I said, I LOVE them! They really are fun and the best part is the whole cuddly thing! I get hugs ALL the time! It is SO great!!!

I just hope my little Cancer to be (yes, I am technically due to have Leo since Leo begins on my due date, but both my other 2 were 2 weeks early and my doc isn't gonna let me go beyond 38 weeks anyway with issues I've been having...) blends well with the two of them!

ROTFL My DH is a Gemini... And there are days (especially when I'm preggy! LOL) that I want him shot!! : (j/k of course, but there are times when his whole "twin" thing drives me NUTS! Like when he gets mad and blows all up and rants and raves and then 5 minutes later he acts like nothing happened at all? UGH! I'm still mad 5 minutes later! Hence wanting the gun! ROTFL)

Here's a neat little bit of info;

http://www.astrology-online.com/taurus.htm

I know Taurus is a sun sign, taurus' tend to be stubborn but also patient. I also know that Taurus' are most compatible with capricorns (that's what I am!) and Virgos. That's really all I know at this point

The little bull with a cowlick or curly forelock will jump up on your lap to get a kiss and leave you out of breath with his bear hugs. He'll give your friends the same affectionate treatment, if he trusts them.
OMG that is TOTALLY my little man!! We were at the chiro the other day and he gave one of the gals a hug. She was like...that was the best hug I have ever gotten!! And he is strong as an OX!

It's a good idea to give a Taurus child music or singing lessons as soon as possible. Almost every one of them will have a low, soft, melodious voice, and many of them have considerable vocal or musical talent, and you'll want to discover it while he's young enough to be trained in the right direction.
again!! Holy crackers!! Anytime someone on TV has a guitar he goes over and gets his and just sings!! And his voice already has a musical tone to it!!

Off to read about the other kids!!

You can thank a mystery moderator for my signature. The only thing I've ever placed in my sig is my name "Karen". Apparently that was too plain so the other mods mess with my sig. Yesterday one of them said I needed to change my litte pink bowed pregnant one....so I offered up for the "Mystery Mod" to work a little magic and that is what appeared!

This is a bit of a funny topic for me. I intentionally planned conception to avoida an Aries. I have known an dearly loved several Aries in my life, i just don't wish to butt my head against one for the rest of my life. Then I got to thinking about it and thought I should just avoid anything with horns all together! Then I realized my due date would give us a Taurus - uh oh, HORNS!

Then this baby decided being a Gemini was a better plan and he came two weeks past my due date.

Stubborn and focused seem like understatements. My 4yo and my new LO are both Taurus. I'll never be bored.

That's so funny, I've said since M was born that he's been singing to us. Even in his sleep he "hums"!

I am a Taurus and so is my little girl, so I do expect us to butt head a bit especially during the teen years Taurus is and Earth sign, who's main planatary influence is Venus. They are stubborn but patient which helps balance things out a bit. I love being a Taurus

Quote:
Taurus, the second Sign of the Zodiac, is all about reward. Unlike the Aries love of the game, Taurus loves the rewards of the game. Think physical pleasures and material goods, for those born under this Sign revel in delicious excess. They are also a tactile lot, enjoying a tender, even sensual, touch. Taureans adore comfort and like being surrounded by pleasing, soothing things. Along these lines, they also favor a good meal and a fine wine. The good life in all its guises, whether it's the arts or art of their own making (yes, these folks are artistic as well), is heaven on Earth to the Taurean-born.
It's the Bull that serves as the Taurean's mascot, and along with that comes the expectation that these folks are bull-headed and stubborn. Yes, they are. Hey, this Sign has a Fixed Quality attached to it after all, so expect that things will occasionally grind to a halt. That said, Taureans don't start out with the intention of getting stuck. They simply want to get things done, and it's that steady, dogged persistence that winds up being viewed as stubbornness. Bulls are actually among the most practical and reliable members of the Zodiac, and they are happy to plod along, as it were, in pursuit of their goals. The good news for Bulls is that once they get to the finish line, they'll swaddle themselves in material goods. A self-indulgent beast? Perhaps, but if you toiled as laboriously as these folks do, you'd need some goodies, too.
