pooh stains?

Ok there was a laundry mishap at my house and now I need some help.....
I was doing whites the other day and apparently a pair of my 3 y/o poopy underware (that had not been rinsed) were in there and they got pooh all over all of the whites........including all of my new baby clothes and my husbands new dress shirts (and some other of his new clothes)......and of course everything else in the wash. I noticed that when they were washing the water seemed really nasty...so I washed and rinsed them more and then put them in the dryer.....but when I put them in the dryer, the laundry room light was off and I did not notice the clothes having stains all over them. Later when I got the clothes out of the dryer I noticed it, but they had already been dried. So therefore everything has pooh spots on it.
I was just wondering what I could use to get the spots out.....thanks!

a little side note......now I have dried pooh all over the inside of my dryer....ugg....I do not understand how there was THAT much pooh to corrupt all of the clothes and have a huge amount on the inside of the dryer. I will say that I did have the load bigger than it should.....so it probably was not able to rinse away very well. So I have to clean that out as well.....ugg!

Try washing them again on cold with an extra rinse, then hanging them in the sun.

If that doesn't work, try washing them in Oxyclean with an extra rinse.
