I disagree with that.

Even if you can't change anybody's mind, you can influence the eventual decisions of people who have yet to make one. That sounds weird so I'll rephrase: lots of people are still, to some extent, on the fence. Those are the ones you can effect.

P.S. When you're mentioning the side benefits, don't forget to tell them that they might not get periods while breastfeeding. Most of my single friends didn't know that and thought it would be awesome.
