Another vote for effiethepixie on Etsy! And countyclothcreations (http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5111482) has gorgeous fabrics and wonderful craftswomanship. I've only used their pantyliners, mind you, but I've bought two pads from Meg at County Cloth Creations and can't WAIT to try them out! Great service and prices from them, as well.

These are what I use, and I absolutely love them!!!! They are super affordable, and they work great! Katie is also really, really sweet.
