I'm so HOT!

I'm burning up! I think I"m freezing everyone out of the house
with all the fans going and the AC on full blast. I'm still sitting
here sweating.
It seems like everyday I'm getting hotter and hotter....
are you guys this hot? or is it me? I'm sweating like crazy!

Same here! I feel like an oven - if I wasn't so close to my EDD I would definitely cosider shaving my hair off...
But I got myself a little handheld fan. That thing is gold worth, honestly Fits in every handbag (not that I have small handbags - I am more of a big bag person) and makes wind whenever I need it to.

Me too. I think I'm having hot flashes. I keep turning down the AC. At night I can't sleep because I'm so HOT. (Well, there are about 100 other factors why I can't sleep at this stage in pg, but the heat is one of them.)

Right there with you... as a matter of fact, the reason I'm online right this minute is b/c I was too hot to sleep, so I got up to turn the a/c down. I'm waiting for it to cool off a bit before I go try to fall asleep again. Ugh.

It's been a thousand times worse at night since we put the stupid plastic sheet on the mattress... it's under the mattress pad and the sheets and it STILL reflects back all my body heat at me.... I feel like I'm being broiled alive. Blech. This part of pregnancy I definitely don't miss once it's over....

Me too! We sleep in the basement where its about 5 degrees cooler than upstairs, but I still wake up covered in sweat in the morning. It also seems like once I break a sweat, it takes forever for it to stop, even if I get in come icy AC. And since our car has no AC I'm pretty much dying and dripping whenever I have to run errands. Its lovely

My last kiddo was born early September when its very hot here, and I don't remember being this miserable!!

Yeah, it's very strange for me to be feeling more hot than my husband does. I sleep in a tank top and underwear and rarely even pull the sheet over myself while he's got the sheet and the comforter on. I'm usually the type who is freezing while everyone else is comfy.

Oh goodness...same here! I call myself a walking furnace. Even with the a/c on, the ceiling fan on high, and being covered with only a sheet, I wake up drenched for every overnight potty break. Yuck! Being this steamy during pregnancy makes me petrified of 'the change' someday. I know my mom still deals with horrible hot flashes. Bleck!

I guess thats one thing I don't have to complain about... Although I do wake up sweaty at times...but I think it has more to with the heat box I call my daughter! :P

My husband insists on the house being 72 around the clock with the fans on high, I HATE the "air touching" me...

I haven't slept in two nights partially due to the heat, despite the new ceiling fan we installed in the bedroom. Everything feels HOT and sticky on my body, even the sheets, but I can't seem to get used to sleeping without a sheet on my skin. I wish I could sleep in the bathtub!

melting here....our house was 89 degrees yesterday....AC in need of a few repairs....getting right on it today! WHEW!

OH so hot! AC in our room at 73 last night, full blast, and I kept thinking it was broken because I was so hot. Apparently it was working fine, as DH was covered up (and usually it's the opposite with us). Went in our pool yesterday when it was 80 degrees in the pool and 95 out of it (usually I won't go in unless it's 88 or so), and it felt SO good! I'm just constantly hot and sweaty... VERY unlike me!
