Ok, I didn't know how else to explain or word it...
I was swimming a lot of the weekend in our pool. Not even swimming really, but more floating and/or standing with my belly completely submersed. I mean, I was in the water more than I was out. It felt SO good on all my joints. Now, obviously, getting out feels AWFUL because all that weight is all of a sudden back on my bones (not to mention pelvis/cervix). Well, after I got out last night, for HOURS, I was SO crampy. I can't tell if it was just the contrast, and to me it felt like a lot. Or if it was the sudden weight change that may have... gotten things going a bit more.
Has anyone else had any experience with a pick-up in BHs, crampiness, or pre-labor signs after spending a lot of time in the water? Obviously it didn't cause me to go into labor, but even today I feel a lot more going on. But not enough to think I'm in labor or anything (I'm at work), just feeling more than usual. Just curious!
