make sure you don't try ghee until you've taken everything out. Then you can see if ghee works for you. But give the whole thing a trial first, so you'll know if the ghee is okay or not. It's really not that hard to give up butter. My kids have muffins with coconut oil (if they cut them in half, spread with coconut oil, and fry, they're REALLY GOOD). They eat their veggies plain (or dipped in ketchup).
