well - my dd anyway.

I want to make this for her as it look neat and ethnic. But how in the world do you wear it?

Looks like the "body" goes around the abdomen/chest and the stringies are the straps, maybe tied around the back of the necK?

There's two ties that are crocheted on at the front and go around the neck, then four long cords at the back which tie to make two bows.
