Question about prolapsed uterus and speculum/PAP test

My uterus is prolapsed..not quite hanging out, but about a knuckle in.
What do you do in that situation to get a PAP sample??? Do you just not use a speculum?

Usually the uterus is mobile and can be easily pushed up, so you still use a speculum unless you can easily see the cervix without one. As you insert the speculum, it usually pushed the cervix up and you can open the speculum as usual.
