Oh Mama, I can't even IMAGINE!!!!
I hope you are getting enough to eat and drink? Ugh, that would be SO tough to go through.
Have you tried a glass of wine (even a full glass)? Just to get some rest?
Can you tell at all what position baby is in? If you can tell at all I'll try to offer my best doula suggestions to help turn baby IN labor. But one way that can help (just not even knowing what position) is "Marching the Stairs".
What you do is find some stairs SOMEwhere and as long as they aren't insanely wide, put your right foot to the right edge of step 1, swing your left leg exaggerated style (like marching) up and forward and then around to put your left foot on the left edge of the step 2 steps up (so skipping 1 stair). Transfer ALL of your weight over onto that leg/hip and repeat the same thing with your right leg. Take them every other (the stairs) if you CAN, but even doing them one at a time will help.
The point of this is to rock your pelvis back and forth and front to back and allow baby to re-position their head/body better. Take 15 min. if you can (it's not a race or anything) at a time and maybe like 5 - 10 min. break if needed.
It really does help though it sounds wild. You just have to be sure to not cheat and keep your weight in the middle vs. all the way over on that one leg and you have to really exaggerate that leg/march thing with swinging your leg.
Good luck, I'll be checking back...
