Just got my BFP today. AF was due last Thursday, and I had brown spotting the Monday before that, which turned into bleeding mixed with brown, and I thought it was AF... it was lighter than normal though. Still lasted the appropriate amount of days, and had BFNs last week. But tested today and it's a faint line, but definitely a line! 
I should be due Feb 15, although I'll be surprised if I make it past January. My first 2 were 29w4d and 36w6d. As long as I get to 36 weeks, I'm happy, as that means out-of-hospital birth.
I did that with my last one and it was WONDERFUL. 
Symptoms so far... queasy for the last 2 weeks, pants getting tight, acne, peeing a bit more (but not during the night yet, thankfully!).
