MS Tips - Page 2

I haven't been posting much but I had to reply to this! For the past 2 weeks I was in terrible shape, all-day nausea and occasional vomiting. I tried ginger, mints, tea, lots of protein, nothing but liquids, extra B6, nothing seemed to help.

This morning I started making myself eat something small but substantial every hour and I feel a million times better!

I know its terrible but I had a left over pizza in the fridge and I've been eating a slice an hour and I could cry its so nice not feeling like I'm going to gag every few minutes. I have to keep an eye on the clock and make myself eat but its well worth it!

I know everyone is different but I thought I would post this in case it helps someone else.

Small frequent snacks with plenty of protein works for me. If I don't get hungry I don't get sick.

My ms hasn't really kicked in to high gear yet. Maybe it won't happen this time! I have found though that taking my prenatal at night before bed with a small snack is helping the morning and midday sickness.

I also haven't started smelling everything that's happened in every single room for the last 50 years yet. That makes my ms the worst.

Where did you order the pops from?
