Lice repellant spray?

Has anyone tried a lice repellent spray? Like Fairy Tales Rosemary Repel http://rosemaryrepel.com/catalog/dis....asp?product=2

or something else? Do you think these work? Also, does anyone know the ingredients in Rosemary Repel? I couldn't find them on the site.

Maybe I'll just buy some, my DD's hair is really dry so she could use the conditioning anyway.

When we were dealing with lice at my kids' school, I made my own lice repellent spray in a clean spray bottle. I filled it with water and added a few essential oils: I know I used rosemary, but I forget what else I used. I know we have eucalyptus, peppermint, lavendar, and tea tree oils in the house, but I don't think I used all of those in the spray.

The main point of the spray is to confuse the lice: if they think your child's head is a flower garden, they won't want to raise their kids there.

Thanks!! I have all of those oils except rosemary. I'll just get some rosemary oil and make my own. Did you add any conditioner? I have some fragrance free conditioner, maybe I'll dilute a little of that in water and then add the oils to make my own conditioning spray. Much less expensive!
