I just paid $10 for shipping on 2-4 oz skeins of Targhee. How outrageous is that?!?!? That was the cheapest, too. Please, someone, tell me the targhee is worth it before I hyperventilate.

Ouch! I'm no help as I've not used it either!

*Off to look it up on Ravelry!

well, I love targhee for cloth diaper covers--super durable, nice to knit with and soft enough--it is a squishy soft, not a brush against your skin soft.

but that sounds like a lot of $$$ for 8 oz....it costs <$4 to send 8 oz of yarn across the us first class. even a priority flat rate envelope is <$5. and double seems a lot for handling. where did you get it?

The only place I could find it.

I love targhee Very squishy soft. You could justify it by not driving to buy it right? Save on gas?

wow, that shipping is a bummer--it gave me $10 for a shipping price, too. They must only use boxes. But I think you'll love the yarn--and like Leilalu said, you'll save on gas!

I emailed them. They said they will adjust with actual shipping and I guess refund me the difference? Either way, I don't feel like I might have a stroke now!
