Do you find it wherever probiotics are sold?

You can get it from Kirkmans IIRC.

Klaire carries them too if you can find someone who sells it.

I was just on the search for some too. I did find one brand at Super Supplements (I don't know if they're a chain or local), but I think the clerk said it was derived from shellfish, so we didn't get it.

Off topic- I was just looking at it on the Kirkman site, and it said it's closely related to brewer's yeast. If DD and I are both allergic (according to ELISA) to brewer's yeast, should I not take it???

Do you have any actual hx with brewer's yeast (i.e. observed rx to it)? I may be off-base here but my instinct would be for you to go ahead and try it. The reason? You are suffering and really need this to help your body. Also, it is NOT brewer's yeast. I know, it's probably the same as a celiac reacting to GF oats since the proteins are similar (or something like this) but it may be worth any risk at this point given the bad state you are currently in. Just make sure you're aware of all the possible reactions to it (normal reactions, I mean) so you don't think you're having an allergice reaction when you're actually not. I'll be curious to hear what you decide.

www.iherb.com has it, Jarrow brand I think. They ship their probiotics with an ice pack and I haven't had any problems with the potencies.
