Newbie questions about coconut and raw milk

I'm finding that I don't like coconut oil all that much, but I do LOVE dried unsweetened coconut. According to the nutritional information on the package, it is 65% fat. Let's say that I want to consume a particular quantity of coconut oil every day. Can I assume then that in one ounce of dried coconut (by weight) that there is 0.65 oz. of coconut oil? (Sorry - I'm sure that most of you weren't expecting to have to answer a math word problem!)

When you skim the cream off of raw milk, what do you then do with the skimmed milk? Just drink it? I know that's a stupid question, but . . .

Thanks!

I have no idea about the coconut. On the milk we just drank the cream and the milk together. All raw milk will have some cream on the top as it isn't homogenized, but some hasn't had any removed- probably depends if they have a cream separator.
