Melaleuca?

Does anyone know anything about having a Melaleuca business? I stumbled upon them by calling one of those 1-800 numbers in the back of a magazine, looking for a stay-at-home job. The products sound good to me and I think I could probably find some people to refer, but do people really make money doing this? I vaguely remember someone telling me about something that sounded just like this- I know it was a wellnes company, so it was probably Melaleuca, saying that it is legitimate work and you can make money, but that it's basically full-time work if you really want to make money. With 2 little kids I would like to give it a try but I need something part-time, like just 15-18 hours a week. And I don't need to make a ton of money, just a few hundred a month would be ok.
Anybody know anything about this?

Everyone I know who tried making money through Mela, ended up putting in more money than they received.

HERE and HERE are a couple of MDC posts on Mela.

Best of luck!

I have not heard good things about them. Also, their products aren't as "natural" as they claim.

Also, check out this article in Brain, Child mag http://www.brainchildmag.com/essays/...08_schultz.asp

This is a pay to play network marketing plan. Meaning you need to invest in the products yourself through auto ship monthly if you want to be eligible for commissions. Stay away from any plans that require this!
