possible wheat reaction?

I have been eating a raw vegan diet, that consists of fruit, veg and seeds for about 5/6 weeks now. DD is about 9 and a half weeks.
Yesterday I was stuck at the ER for hours and ended up eating a bag of pretzels, a few hours later once we were home and settled she nursed and not long after was freaking out. She spit up TONS of mucus and BM. While spitting up is common for her, it never has happened where it seems to bother her, and shes never spit up thick clear mucus before.
I'm wondering if it's a possible sign of a wheat intolerance.
I know I won't know for sure unless we try a few more times and see if she reacts, but I'm wondering if the spitting up lots of mucus could be indicative of some kind of reaction.

Oh and before i switched my diet she was much more fussy and gassy, but the spitting up was seemingly normal.

Yes, it could possibly be a wheat allergy or intolerance. Was she with you at the ER? If so I would keep an eye on her just to make sure she didn't pick up a virus or something.

thanks for the response.
she was with me at her ER but she didn't get sick. It was just the spit up. I'm back to eating the way I normally do and her spit up is back to normal. maybe in a few weeks I'll eat something and see if she reacts but I don't really want to make her go through that again.
