Hey there, has anyone ever heard of this? my 13 month old was up all night and then this morning i discovered the cause. he has a sore on the end of his tongue. i guess it looks like a small blister. everytime he tries to nurse he just starts screaming and crying instead. does this merit a doctor visit?

he's not really drinking the pumped milk either. and he's so sad

Any fever, or rash on his body? It can be hand, foot, and mouth disease which is really common this time of year. They often do not want to drink/eat because it is really painful because of sores in the mouth.
