OK, so had to share this day with you all....
As I mentioned on the update for today, started the day out great, then went to pick up my son from my mom. We got back to our house and ds started in on the whining,UGH! A common after effect of sleeping over at Grannie's(?) anyway, I was taking a few deep breaths, really wanting to continue on my mellow day when I hear someone say my name. Let me say that we NEVER get unannounced visitors! We live out in the country and most of our friends are at least 20 minutes away. I go to the door and it is my best friend's mom, Mary, who I just adore. She says she hopes she is not intruding by just driving out, but that she has been thinking about me since she woke up this morning, and wanted to come see me. She said if she had called and asked if I needed anything that she knew I would say no, and she would not have that for an answer! So she comes in with little gifts for ds(who is instantly sweet and contented!) and a beautiful bouquet of flowers for me from her garden. She says since I seem to already have the laundry out on the line, that she'll just have to give me a massage. She gave me an hour massage, some wonderful affirmations, and left me on the couch, a heap of melted marshmallow! I felt sooooo relaxed and pampered! It gets better....
a little later, I go outside to bring in the laundry and I happened to glance over at the field next to my yard and there's a pink and purple balloon stuck in the raspberries with poo and piglet hugging each other and tons of flowers printed on it....as I go out into the prickers to get the balloon, I notice there's another one that was popped by the prickers, and it says happy birthday! THEN, I loook out into the field and there is a mama doe staring at me!I never see the deer during the day. For real! This just happened!
Wouldn't it be funny if I go into labor today?
It was wierd, I felt like I was in the twilight zone or something!!
