We're ditching tv next week. I just found out that we are no longer under contract with our satelite provider. I'm excited and nervous. I'm going to miss some shows, but I know that being tv free will bring so much more to my family than tv can. We'll still keep a tv in the basement and watch once in a while. I want to watch the finale of Hell's Kitchen.

We have been TV free (save for a brief period living with relatives) for around 4 years now, and I love it! I did NOT love it at first, let me tell you, but now I can see that it was an addiction and I feel so differently about it now. I didn't have a forum like this or any support really, so let us know if you need it
