Barefoot books vs. Usborne?

Hey ladies,

I'm hoping someone who's already made the decision of becoming a consultant/seller for one or the other can tell me what drove them to the particular company. I guess I'm looking for pros and cons.

Also, does anyone know if a consultant for either of these can offer co-ops? I'd love to work with a company that would allow me to offer the books at discounted rates so I can make the lives of other mamas easier!

Thanks mamas.

I have the same question; would love to know how the two compare.

Hi, I'm an Usborne consulant. I started looking into books for my son. He never showed any interest in my reading him any books upto a couple of monthes ago. Now he will ask me to read to him.
I have only been doing this for a couple of monthes so I'm not too sure about co-ops, but you can do online e-shows. and they do have a page for affilites(sp?).
I'm sorry I'm not too much help

Hi Everyone,

I do Barefoot Books and am really enjoying it, the company is really friendly and it feels like it is a very small company even though it is growing by leaps and bounds. I also loved how earth friendly the books are, printed on sustainable paper and the message and artwork of the books are beautiful.

You can also find more info by going to my site at Barefoot Books and click on "sell barefoot". You can just sign up for more info, by clicking on that link you dont automatically sign yourslef up, lol! The sign up process is very easy, however, and FREE! And really, who does not want a great discount and free books for their own kids?!?! Thats why I first signed up, just to get the discount for myself, lol!

Feel free to PM me or e-mail me at MelissaGephardt at Mybarefootbooks.com if you have any questions about Barefoot Books.

I looked at both of them a few years ago - and I chose Usborne because the selection is much, much larger and had more non-fiction. There's my two cents! :-)
