Homemade Fruit & Veggie Cleaner?

I buy this spray that claims to remove pesticides and waxes from fruit and vegetables and I'm wondering if I could make my own. I was thinking diluted vinegar might work...

I read in a cooking magazine that straight-up white vinegar works as well as the store-bought stuff. They did actual lab testing, if I remember correctly!

Full strength might be too strong. I would use it with half water.

I use white vinager and water or peroxide and water
