Anyone have this done?
I had one done about a week and a half ago at CD 8 and I have been doing the self care since twice a day. On her instructions it says to do the self care twice a day until 5 days before your period starts. Today I find out from her that I shouldn't have done ie after ovulation. I'm 4 dpo today.
Does anyone know if this would interfere with conception and why you shouldn't do the self care after ovulation?
