I'll have to steal this

I am not going to be able to go anywhere today since DH is taking the car and is working a double shift. I also plan to do some freezer cooking for the days when I don't feel like cooking and fast food is calling my name, lol!

We also have a new reason for no spend this month; DH bounced a cheque yesterday :. I thought when he wrote a cheque he was taking into account that rent was coming out this week, but he totally forgot. So we're out the fees for the NSF cheque plus we have to come up with the $300 for the cheque he wrote :. Worst part is he could of took the money from another account that had enough (although he doesn't like to go below $1k because he has to pay bank fees if he does, although it would of been less than what we had to pay).

Ok, letting go now

7/3- no spend, no drive
Ordered some veggie booty online which was a splurge but convenient.

Have been spending more than I care to on entertainment b/c my brother is in town.

Plan:

Eat out less! 1/5
Only menu planned groceries 0/4
No spend days 1/20

Shoot, DH left the car (couldn't see it in the parking lot). I'm going to go stock up on cheap cheese later and FIL got me a flat of local strawberries for $20, so I guess today is a grocery day after all.

ETA: I bought 5 packs of cheese ($14.96 total, less than half off!), $16.35 for energizer rechargeable batteries (a desperate need!) and $5.35 for a pack of dipes ( DS gets bad rashes from cloth plus he floods them; they were more than half off). So I bought need items, which I don't feel bad about.
