My daughter and I are both getting treated for thrush and I was wondering if I can still feed her my breast milk? But I'm not nursing right now due to sore nippels, but I am pumping.

First, what are you both being treated with? I also would like to let you know I have dealt with this with 2 babies and I learned a lot about thrush before I had my 3rd., I have 5 children and am pregnant with #6 and I haven't had a problem with thrush since the first 2. I use grapefruit seed extract, I get it at the health food store. I dilute it according to directions and put it on my nipples and dip a q-tip in it and swab my babies mouths. You don't have to wash it off your nipples to nurse. I hope you get better, I nursed my first until a chunk of my nipple was hanging on one side. I have felt the pain and wish you the best.

The motherlove thrush salve is the best - safe, quick and very powerful. www.motherlove.com Best part, it works as a diaper cream as well so if you have some left, it's not wasted. Plus it's organic.
Good luck!

Yes, you can still nurse her or give her pumped milk. If you are giving her pumped milk though it should be pumped the same day you give it to her - you can't freeze the milk and use it later because it has yeast in it. Check out the thrush support thread or the kellymom website if you need more information.
