I know many of you know and trust Dr Jack Newman's Breastfeeding books and videos so I thought you might find this awesome as well! I just purchased his Visual Guide to Breastfeeding DVD and one of the greatest things he said was about the similarities between formula & BM. He said the only similarity is that they are "both liquids"! It made me smile knowing how hard I worked to provide BM for my DD!!:
