My baby is finally here....

Had a baby boy, unasissted

I woke up at 4:30 to a strong contraction. 10 mins later, another one. Then 5. Next thing I knew they were less than a minute apart. I was sitting on my daughters bed when they started getting really intense. I though I had to use the bathroom but when I sat down I felt something coming out of me and called my husband. As soon as he went to look my water EXPLODED all over and he thought I peed on him. Right away I felt relief. The head came out in one push and then I jumped off the toilet on all fours to push the body out which also came out easy. My first contraction was at 4:30 and he was born at 6:30 so only 2 hours of labor.

Maddox Jack Hebel or just Max
21 inches long, not sure the weight yet.

My toddler is NOT happy abut this though and has been a handful today. I really hope tomorrow goes better.

Yay hooray!! Congratulations!!!

He's lovely and that sounds like it was a great birth!!! : (Had to find a use for the cool new smilie!)

So cute! Your toddler is adorable!! But I understand her being a handful, too.

Did you plan a UC? Seems like you had no choice! I'm so glad it went so well! Seems to me our UC mama's are having awesome, fast births, good thing they're UCing!

Thanks everyone. Yeah we planned the UC. I dont know that we would have made it to the hospital otherwise. We never even made it to the laundry to grab the old towels and plastic sheets, lol.
