I'd like to start this post with a dramatic "Today is THE day", but it feels rather anti-climactic, since Sunday might be the day, and THE DAY doesn't seem to mean squat around here.
So, no sickies this morning, but I was up off and on most of the night with hip/pelvic pain, and seized up lower back muscles. I can't remember when I didn't have this sort of pain...it's weird. Lying down and sleeping don't really offer the rest and relaxation they used to. I wish I could sleep underwater!
As usual, nothing is happening. Baby moves fine, especially in the mornings and evenings. No contrax to speak of. My day will probably consist of cleaning, laundry, some walking and maybe a visit to the municipal pool, if it doesn't rain.
The only good thing that has happened in the last two days is that we managed, for the first time since we moved to Montreal, to pay all our monthly bills, and our rent, ON TIME, and still have enough money left over for food and a few semi-frivolous items (DH really needs work clothing that doesn't have holes in them and I bought a set of unbreakable Corell dishes). Yay for the Quebec Parental Benefits Plan and DH's full-time salary! Oyah, and I'm about 1 hour of work/photocopying/scanning away from filing all our taxes packages for the last two years, both provincial and federal. It sounds really dorky, but I've always HATED having that stuff hang over my head.
Oh, and for some reason, I didn't even notice becoming a Senior Member and suddenly I've got this little bold message underneath my name....weird
