my mom is awesome!

My mom lives an hour away from me. She called on Tuesday and asked if I needed any help while we await the babe. I told her she could come up if she wanted to, but I was doing okay. Well, she arrived Tuesday afternoon and has spent the last 3 days here. Here's what she's done for me:

- amused my 2-year old
- cleaned out our kiddie pool and filled it with water
- finished part of backyard deck
- weeded the yard
- washed the floors
- cleaned out (and I mean CLEANED OUT) my fridge
- organized my chest freezer
- cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms
- unclogged a sink
- cooked a few meals and served me drinks

Plus, she's planning on coming back when the baby arrives to do it all again!

I know how fortunate I am and I too hope I'm as good to my kids as she is to me!
